ADA chair lift compliance date is March 15, 2012.
We can permanently install a lift poolside OR the more common approach is to have a portable, low voltage, rechargeable chair lift available for use poolside.

Many brands of covers are being recalled and must be exchanged for compliant covers. You may have changed the drain covers in an effort to be compliant but that is only part of the new law. Splitting single main drains, verifying and adjusting the sumps under the covers and using only listed covers is also required. A licensed swimming pool contractor must obtain the necessary permits and perform the work. After which the contractor will fill out and sign the County Form 1020.
